Virginia Moore (Owner)
Virginia has over 10 years of experience in the landscaping and construction industries. Her vision and dedication to hard work have been the driving force behind MOR Construction Services, Inc. Prior to establishing MOR Construction Services, Inc. Virginia was a dedicated member of the medical community where she worked as a registered nurse as well as the director of nursing managing all of the administrative and clinical operations of a busy medical center. Virginia’s experience in this high stress industry taught her the strength, patience, and ingenuity required to be a success in the construction and landscaping industries. Her caring, informative, and pleasant nature provided her with the unique ability to offer a more delicate touch to the superior customer service provided by MOR. Virginia’s credo is: The most important factor of any transaction is the customer’s satisfaction.


Brian Moore (Field Director)
Brian has been in the landscaping and excavating industry for over 16 years and is known for his superior and safe service. Although Brian is capable of performing the various services offered by MOR, he specializes in excavating and grading projects and frequently performs excavation for utility services with many complexities such as constricted access, large slopes and depths. Brian is ICPI certified and attends several continuing education seminars yearly. He is also vice president of the Suburban Contractors Association. Brian is certified as an authorized EP Henry hardscaping contractor and is an active member in his community serving as a Councilman for Trainer Borough, PA.

 
Dennis Reiter (Field Supervisor)
Dennis is a PA Certified Horticulturist, holds both a Masters and Bachelor degree in the field of Forestry, and has over 30 years of landscaping experience. Dennis has vast experience in residential, commercial, and governmental landscape projects and has supervised projects in the million dollar range. Dennis is an active member of the PA Landscape & Nursery Association and presently serves on its Industry Awareness Committee.

Glen Cooper (Director of Operations)
Glen comes to us with 22 years of managing experience primarily in the landscaping and outdoor services field.  His background and expertise with maintaining and creating a strong revenue base with existing and new clients adds a valuable aspect to MOR’s current menu of services.  Glen’s resume includes work with The Brickman Group, Ltd. as Superintendent, Project Director of Sales and Branch Manager, the Philmont Country Club as Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, REIT Turf Management, LCC as Maintenance Operation Manager, and Shearon Environmental Design Company, Inc. as Senior Superintendent.


Amy Gardner (Landscape Designer)
Amy graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture. She has over 8 years of design experience and extensive knowledge of AutoCad, Photoshop, and hand drawn design; all of which contribute to the high quality, professional level her work displays. Her history with DePallo Design & Planning, Cope Linder Architects and Realty Landscape has expanded her knowledge and helped to build a diverse portfolio, including her work as part of the Sugarhouse Casino design team. She is a talented and valuable new member of our team.

 
Jennifer Bennett (Office Manager/Customer Specialist)
Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry and 5 years of experience in retail and office management. Jennifer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building better relationships with clients and vendors, marketing and advertising, as well as the continued growth and development of MOR Construction Services.
